Margram Citrus undergo stringent testing every year to receive multiple accreditations that is your peace of mind for receiving the highest quality of citrus available.

We are export accreditated which is an Australian Government controlled testing as well as participate in many industry run courses to ensure our knowledge and skills are up to date with world standards.

Margram Citrus holds the certificate of registration for SQF Code specification for food safety and quality system requirements for use by all sectors of the food industry.

The quality system operating with Margram Citrus fulfils the SQF Code requirements for use to demonstrate our ability to supply safe citrus which meet both customer and legislative requirements.

The common target of this quality system is always to strive to fulfil the expectations of our customers to ensure food safety.  The system achieves this by taking defined product, customer and food safety specifications and utilising the principles of the Hazard Analysis Critical Point (HACCP) approach.  By incorporating Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practice (GHP), the risks to product safety and poor quality are identified.  This method of process control allows us to analyse errors and implement continuous improvement throughout our operation.
